A Figory is a personalised digital likeness of one person, one pet or one supported vehicle that you can review in 3D, save to your account and optionally order as a physical figure or display model.

Use clear, well-lit photos of one subject. Front, side and rear angles are especially useful for Enhanced 3D creations.

After a successful Digital Double creation, Figory may keep privacy-reduced source references privately for 90 days and then schedule them for automatic deletion. This lets authorised support staff investigate an output problem you report. The references are not available for administrator download and are deleted sooner when you delete the last linked Digital Double or a verified erasure request applies. Generated items in your private library follow a separate schedule.

Standard can use up to four uploaded photos to create one main Digital Double. Your styled concept and 3D model are then created from that single reference, so hidden angles, facial detail and clothing graphics may be approximated. Enhanced uses four matching photos—front, left, right and rear—to create four linked Digital Doubles and four styled views. The full set is used together to create the 3D model for greater all-round accuracy.

The creator only shows styles, poses, accessories and bases that are currently supported for that type of figure.

Size refers to the approximate longest overall dimension of your finished figure. For a standing person this will usually be the height, while for a pet it may be the length. Unusual poses or accessories can also determine the longest overall dimension.

Choose Pets for dogs, cats and other companion animals, including birds, reptiles, amphibians and fish. Upload clear photos of one animal with its whole body visible in a natural pose. For Enhanced 3D, use front, left, right and rear photos of the same pet. Styling options adapt to the pet detected in your photos. Check the species, colours, markings and fine features in your previews before ordering.

The preview is a guide to the personalised design. We do not promise a perfect replica or identical detail at every physical size.

Before physical checkout, you must review and approve the print-model preview. A physical Figory is made specifically for you, so the usual change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply. We cannot refund, replace or remake it solely because of a detail visible in the model you approved. Your statutory rights remain if it arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from your approved model. Contact Figory support if there is a problem.

Your Figory is a recognisable miniature, not a photorealistic replica. Fine facial features, hair, fur, text and clothing patterns can be softened or simplified at small sizes. Printed colour and surface finish can differ from a backlit screen. Review the model and choose a size with those differences in mind.

Figory offers 75 mm Mini, 100 mm Standard and 150 mm Large, measured along the longest overall dimension. The 100 mm Standard is the recommended balance of size, detail and price for most customers. The 150 mm Large offers the greatest presence and opportunity for visible detail. Very fine features may still need adjustment at any size.

Every physical Figory is made to order. Most orders are delivered within 3–4 weeks after your model is approved. Your Figory is personally quality checked by Figory before being carefully packed and sent with Free UK Tracked Delivery.

Immediately after purchase. Once payment is confirmed, your downloadable 3D model is available securely from your Figory account. There’s no manufacturing or delivery wait for digital models.
