TERMS & CONDITIONS
Clear terms for making something personal.
These terms explain how Figory creates personalised digital models, 3D downloads and physical figurines from customer-supplied photos.

1. About Figory
Figory is a trading brand operated by Top Trenz UK Ltd. The registered company number, registered office and customer-service address are not confirmed in this application and must be added before publication. Please contact us through the customer-service route shown on the site.
2. Age requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Figory. If you are aged between 13 and 17, you should only use Figory or place an order with the permission of your parent or legal guardian. If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian must use the service and place any order on your behalf.
Accounts use Figory’s account and authentication service and require email confirmation before creation. These age requirements do not claim that an order placed by a young person is enforceable in the same way as a contract made by an adult.
3. Orders and contract
Browsing is not an order. An order is submitted through the Figory flow and payment is taken through a third-party payment service when configured. We accept an order when our systems confirm successful payment and the order is recorded. We may reject or cancel an order where payment fails, a technical or pricing error occurs, rights or safety concerns cannot be resolved, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel after payment, we will explain what happens to the relevant payment or Credits.
4. The Figory service
Figory currently supports one subject per creation: one person, one dog, or one supported vehicle. You upload reference photographs; AI-assisted image generation and digital modelling create a personalised artistic interpretation, which may be saved to your private library and may be used for an optional physical figurine.
It is not promised to be an exact photographic replica. Differences can result from image quality, light, angle, interpretation, modelling, material, print scale and screen colour. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise non-conforming.
5. Uploads, rights and licence
The person providing an upload is responsible for providing accurate information and confirming that they own the content or have the right or appropriate permission to provide it to Figory. This applies to every photograph, likeness, artwork, brand, logo, vehicle livery and other item visible in an upload, whether the subject is you or somebody else.
By uploading a photograph, image or other content, you confirm that you may allow Figory and its service providers to process it to create and supply the personalised product or service you requested. If an uploaded photograph contains a child, you also confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have appropriate authority or permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian to provide the image for this purpose. This allows legitimate gifts; the person shown does not need to place the order or hold a Figory account.
Do not submit celebrities, public figures, fictional characters, confidential material or copyrighted photography without the necessary authority. We may request evidence, pause processing, reject uploads or orders, remove protected branding where appropriate, and respond to rights-holder complaints. Any refund or restoration of Credits will be handled fairly under these terms and applicable law; there is no blanket “no refunds” rule.
You grant Figory and necessary providers a limited, non-exclusive licence to receive, host, store, reproduce, resize, adapt, analyse and process uploads, create intermediate assets, previews and digital models, and manufacture a product, only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the service. We do not use customer uploads for public advertising or marketing without separate permission. See the Upload & Rights Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
6. AI results and review
Automated generation can produce errors in facial features, fur, clothing, markings or vehicle details. Poor or limited source images may reduce quality and we may ask for replacements. Where a preview or review is shown, check it carefully and report an obvious issue before any manufacturing stage offered by the service. AI does not remove our legal obligations or your consumer rights.
7. Credits and digital generation
Credits are prepaid units used for defined creation steps. The current application records 150 welcome Credits for a verified account, with generation costs shown in the flow: Standard 30 + 10 + 50; Enhanced 60 + 30 + 60. Paid packs are sold in GBP through a third-party payment service. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and the application does not currently state an expiry date.
When a provider request fails technically, the server attempts to refund reserved generation Credits. A valid result that you simply dislike is not treated as a technical failure. Unused Credits and account-closure treatment need a documented commercial policy before publication.
8. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and payments are processed securely by third-party payment service providers. We do not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment card details. Payment providers may process your name, billing information, payment information, transaction details and relevant technical information under their own privacy practices. Physical checkout currently collects a GB shipping address, telephone number and billing address. We may correct genuine pricing errors before acceptance, and investigate chargebacks or suspected fraud.
9. Personalised physical products
A physical figurine is made to your specifications and is clearly personalised. The usual change-of-mind cancellation exception for personalised goods may apply once the relevant legal conditions are met. This does not remove your rights if the figurine is faulty, damaged, not as described, materially different from what was agreed, or otherwise fails to conform to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Digital content and services
Figory combines digital services (generation and processing) with digital content (generated images and models) and, sometimes, a physical product. The current flow does not show a separate express acknowledgement that immediate digital supply begins and that cancellation rights may be lost. This checkout point requires legal review before launch; general Terms acceptance may not be enough.
11. Delivery and problems
The application currently supports physical delivery to the UK only; it does not publish a verified dispatch estimate, delivery timetable, tracking promise or international customs process. Do not rely on an estimate until it is shown at checkout. Provide accurate delivery details and contact support if a parcel is missing, damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different. We will not impose a short reporting deadline that removes statutory rights.
12. Intellectual property
You retain rights in your original photographs and content. Figory owns or licences its website, branding, software and proprietary content. The ownership position for AI-generated previews and models depends on provider terms and the intended customer licence; it is not safely determined from this codebase and must be confirmed before publication. Any purchased downloadable model is currently described in the application as including a personal-use licence. A physical figurine is yours to use as a physical object, subject to rights in underlying content.
Personal and non-commercial use
Figory personalised models are supplied for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not order, reproduce, manufacture, distribute or use a personalised model for commercial merchandising or resale without our prior written agreement.
If you would like to discuss commercial merchandising, resale or another business use, contact us before ordering. Any agreement must be confirmed by us in writing.
Where a model contains third-party trade marks, logos, branding, designs or other intellectual property, your purchase does not grant you any ownership of or licence to commercially exploit those third-party rights.
13. Acceptable use, suspension and termination
Do not use Figory for unlawful, hateful, abusive, harassing, exploitative or deceptive material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate images, fraud, impersonation, false endorsement, infringement or unlawful merchandising. We may pause processing, remove unlawful content, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate an account proportionately. Paid statutory rights are not forfeited simply because access is suspended.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights. Any responsibility for rights infringement must be reasonable and proportionate. This section requires solicitor review, particularly for the relationship between provider errors, customer content and personalised goods.
15. Events, changes and complaints
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, but this does not remove consumer remedies. We may update the service or terms prospectively; changes will not retrospectively remove rights already purchased. Contact customer service through the site for complaints or use the rights route in the Upload & Rights Policy.
16. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the law of the part of the UK in which Top Trenz UK Ltd is established, while preserving mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction available to consumers elsewhere. The exact company details and final jurisdiction wording require solicitor confirmation.
